I didnt have anything last night except fora few beers and that but fucked if i have any energy today....

whats everyone favourite methods of day after relaxation?

yeah i met up with him and his tour manager mark outside for a few minutes just asked a few questions and stuff but nothing worth putting on the net....

plus i wasnt too excited about seeing j00f hes never really done it for me plus i was utterly knackered

Berocca works wonders after a big night... HTP is also pretty good even if you were only drinking. Takes away some of the scattered feelings you get the next couple of days.
