Importing folders into Traktor (out of iTunes)

My own system of music organization uses folders within folders that I just created manually on my desktop, and I wanted to know how to import them into Traktor. I can't seem to create the same folder system within iTunes, and I also can't seem to figure out how to import them as they are. Any ideas?
