+1, this would be my top recommendation too. omnisphere is a necessity if you want analog sounds that are unique. rompler and waveform samples aside, it's an amazing synth in its own right. its oscillators and filters sound amazing, lots of modulation possibilities, tons of effects. you can make it sound very unique.
also for unique sounds - any synth that has wavetables like the waldorf largo, someone mentioned synthmaster earlier. you can make some great soundscapes with wavetables+modulation.
another idea is to keep using your current synths, resample your sounds and try various effects and layering.
