Tranceaddict does not show respect to surfers

Today when I was about to enter the site I was not alloed to because I had a Popup blocker on my computer and with that turned on I wasnot allowed to enter the site. And there was a comment like "we have to make money from this site"or so. Personally I dont care about popups, I think popups is a nasty way to earn money. What the fuck do you think, just because I turn my blocker off I will click on every popup I see? I just get annoyed. Now I ahve to turn the program off every time I want to visit this site=Not as many visits as before.

This was a huge disappointment. Show som respect that I don't want to see popups

Firstly calm down.

Secondly u can enter sites into yr pop up killer that will allow pop ups, so put this site into it.

Thirdly swamper is a surfer himself, and so are we, if we can stand one pop up to help this great site stay open then i dont mind

Think before u post, yr attitude stinks sometimes

lol, too funny... practice what you preach beamish. you probably wouldn't be able to visit this site at all if it weren't for pop-ups.

I really don't see how 2 or 3 pop ups can cause so many damn threads . .
If u have cookies enabled, you will only get 2 or 3 pop ups when u first enter the site, and it takes all of what 3 seconds to close them ? oooo such a hardship, such a terrible price to pay, 3 seconds of your time to be able to surf a quality site.

think about places like yahoo or warez sites that bomb u with pop up after pop up or when u click a link that activates a whole series of pop ups.
U got to remember that Swamper is a net surfer too, he don't like pop ups any more than we do but it's a fact of life, sites like this cost money to run, maintain, keep fresh and if a pop up or two helps keep this site going, then i sure dont mind a couple of them when i first log in.

Cool

The popups are hardly bad, they help pay for the site, and as fly says, u can enter safe sites into your killer, so calm!

why would you whine and complain about something that generates revenue for a site that you frequent often? i don't understand the reasoning behind that.

ever heard of sacrificing a little for a greater good? it really isn't that hard.

Nobody is making you click on the ad. You can easily hit Alt+F4 and close the window.

Yet another lack of respect for what Swamper does here, Believe me I used to think it'd be so easy for no popups & shit, but when I joined the ivibes crew & got to know how much work and effort the people who run such sites have to put in daily, it made me appreciate it a whole lot more and now I just shut them down and don't think twice about it, I know there are some sites that can be shit with 5-10 popups but one or two aint bad, its no worse than junk mail or telesales calls u get, infact its not even that bad
