XP Drivers for my Tekram SCSI Card [CDR/W]

Hi People !
I have recentrly installed WIndows XP and all my hardware has been detected very well. But by tekram SCSI card not. And because of that I dont have my cdr/w working. and you know what that means.
the model is:
DC315 Tekram

If you need more details dont worry I'll keep close to the forum
