I dont believe there is UPS ground service from San Francisco to Canada LOL. Though USPS boat mail which takes a week or two is about $100

Actually, noone has grabbed it. Because of the high number of people who are interested, I have no choice but to make this an auction type format. Right now the high bidder is at $1100. There is a $25 minimum raise if you wish to stay in the race.
