I had a sudden surge of inspiration yesterday and today I already finished the tune... must be the quickest track I've ever done

(That doesn't mean it's poor quality, though - I spent hours on it)

Firstly I like the overall sound of this mix, you obviously spent some time post production, and its paid off well

the Melody is sweet, altho I found the bass sounded a little off key on the main part of the tune (or maybe that was just me )

Some nice touches here and there, I esp like the little fx sounds on the breakdown, very atmospheric.

Overall the song is good, but I was excpecting some dramatic key changes on the melody which sadly never came. Other than that Nice one

The bass was the only thing I had troubles with... I tried several different combinations and nothing seemed to work just perfectly so I picked the one that was the best... the bassline goes by the secondary melody, so it shouldn't be off-key (although it might sound that way )

Listened to, some comments:
+ overall sound qty.
+ mastering (if that's the right word, I mean the whole "architecture" or build of the song).

- melody is just too simple, didn't catch me.
- The "main melody" part - you have the bassline offkey I think
- the string part that starts 3.25, maybe too "robotic" tadaradaradaraa

I think you could work out a decent song out of this, If you worked on th emelody side more.

this melody is good nik! needs some more variation towards the end, but the basics are good! i dont like this bass in the main part..as others said, it sounds off key. i like the bass in the build up and in the break, reminds me of katana
dont really like the paino sound u used, its too flat, reminds me of babies try to make it fuller, some reverb or delay or something, or just use a totally different sound for it.
spend more time on this track and you have something beautiful
