Just finished work for the year, not back until January now

Fucking commies.
And I bet not until like the 4th.
Last work day is tomorrow then 4 days off, just a quiet christmas as I'm fucking exhausted as the year draws to a close. Been getting 4 hours of heavily interrupted sleep due to a post surgery, sick kitty, and I'm having to force myself to feel Xmas-ey which so far isn't really happening.

Just the 2nd (the 4th's a Friday), although at least it's only a three day week. Nothing worse than coming back from a long break to a full working week, especially in January when things are slow.
Also, I've just discovered something slightly freaky. Every Christmas we do a raffle at work, where all the gifts given by suppliers and clients and so on are divided up and raffled off to the staff. Everything is laid out in the staff canteen and you just pull a number out of a hat and then wander around the room until you find your prize. I pulled a random number out of the hat and found I'd won a bottle of Prosecco, which was in one of those generic Christmas gift bags. I stuffed it in my bag and went home without anyone else touching it. Since then it's been sat on my kitchen counter all afternoon, with nobody else in the flat.
Anyway, I've just been having a look at the bag, as I figure I can re-use it for my Dad's Christmas gift, and I've spotted a tag on the side that says "Merry Christmas Jack." Why the fuck would it have my name on it when I pulled a random number out of a hat? Even if someone overheard what number I'd pulled, why would they rush over to my prize and scribble my name on it, then vanish without saying anything? I can only presume it's some strange coincidence, but it's certainly left me scratching my head.
Also, before anyone asks the obvious - no, it's definitely not been mixed up with another gift bag. As far as I know, we don't have any others in the flat, having used them all up last year.

I'm sorry, why aren't you drinking the prosecco?

I have a par stock set on a few bottles of wine at my place where if one gets opened i buy a new one to make sure I have two full on hand. They’ve moved into vintages so they don’t be around forever
