Oakie is a good DJ..its just he's gone too commercial. I heard he gets paid $100,000 US per set....I believe this was said on the Rick Dees show..my sister picked it up, is this true? thats a shitload of money for a DJ

$100,000 is very steep but it just might be about right. I paid $50 a few years ago to see Paul at BLC and depending on who you talk to, there was between 13,000 - 18,000 people there (i believe it was closer to 18,000 , there was a shitload of people there and I remember hearing that number on the evening news). So yeah 100 grand would make sense for a headliner if he brought in enough people.
