When I export all of my loops out of reason they all cut off at the end. Meaning, at the end of the loop right before it starts to reloop there is a small silence. That means if there is any reverb or delay on the sound it is getting cut off at the end right before the loop starts over. When I play the loop in reason it doesn't do this, but as soon as I export it, there is a very short silence before the loop starts over. This is only happening with the redrum drum machine. The loops from subtractor and the sampler are fine.

If anyone can help me out with this, it would be much appreciated.

when you play it in reason the reverb/delays still continue when the loop restarts. when you export it it only exports what you tell it to export, so it would logically stop.
try exporting it with all the fx off and add them to the loop later.

I have tried turning the reverb and delay off, but I still get a short silence at the end of the loop. It seems like it just doesn't loop it at all.

Any other suggestions????

There are three sliders in the reason sequencer. One for loop start point, one for loop end point, and one for song or export loop point. Move the last one way past the decay time of your last sound then export it. Also you can try to export as complete song and then edit it down to a loop in Acid.
