Realy need your help with this, please
Hi, it's an old track but can't identify the name,used Shazam and Google tunes can't name it, I've uploaded it here, please can someone tell me what this is called?

Are you talking about the first half of the track or the last half cause the last half is Chew Lips - Karen (Mark Otten Remix)
Maybe look at setlists that feature that track and look for the track before it

Hi, thank you, it's the very 1st track that I need to know the name about. There is nontracklisting unfortunately.. does the 1st rune ring any bell?

Probably just not part of shazam's existing library/repository that it consults with to identify tracks, I've been trying a bunch of different apps and nothing comes up too.
