hey bay area folk, anyone remember people like thomas trouble dropping lots of commander tom back in the day? say 4 years ago?

it made me so nostalgic and happy when i found 'eye b m' and 'eye c red' etc online and heard what to me are some quintessential rave tracks for the first time in so long. that stuff was so hard and driving.. i just can't find things like it these days - or maybe im looking in the wrong places.

so can i get a shoutout for commander tom?? ye-uh

speaking of commander tom

he was at this ghetto club in seattle a few years back, called FX. some stupid shit went down between nigel richards and him, so he comes behind the dj booth, starts beating the shit out of nigel, then starts to spin his own records. everyone is booing and throwing water bottles, etc, as what he did was so fucked up. he got all mad and then the cops came and took him away.

i had no respect for that guy after that

not looking for tracks specifically, just reminiscing. actually, what about a track i heard a lot back then with some crazy sped up vocals with a guy saying things like 'my nine inch peter when its time to get sweeter...' etc ?? i was never able to track that one down. commander tom's 'eye b m' i think has some of the lyrics but not nearly all of them. if you can tell me the name of this track i will be truly impressed.

woa, that sucks. ive never heard of things like that happening...

it was terribly surreal... at first, he just came up, it looked like they were arguing but it could have just been yelling because the music was so loud... then a minute or two later, tom has his arm around nigels neck (like a headlock). then teh punches started flying... it was crazy!! everyone cheered when he got taken away by the cops, tho. just because you are a huge dj, doesnt mean you have the right to do shit like that.
