I know the directions say to address questions about the hub on the EMC website but for one I can't logon even though it says my name has been recognized, and it has been some time since I registered. Additionally, I am having trouble downloading neo-modus because the site never loads. Does anyone else have this problem or have any advice to remidy this problem? Thanks for your help
