so to quit smoking i gotta get hamered on some champagne..pretty expensive..lol...and puke and feel sick for a few days? screw that..its called will power...

yeah I heard that if you throw up from cigarettes or throw up and then have a cigarette that you wouldn't want to have another cigarette for a while. One of my professors told this to the class beacuse this was the way he quit smoking.

another way of quiting smoking is having a b/f or g/f that doesn't...my boyfriend didn't smoke and he got me to quit smoking by breaking all my cigarettes and i just ended up finding it pointless to keep on buying them and having them go to waste....so it worked for me but its true that willpower does play a big part, you got to be willing to quit

While I don't smoke, so I don't know how bad it gets when you can't get your cigs, but it seems to me that if you spent like a week locked up in your house, without access to nicotine, you could walk out without being dependent, or nearly as dependent. I know thats what my mom did, and she said it was really hard, but it seems the most logical way to me.

thats how I quit smoking cigarettes, locked myself up in the house for a week and then on the weekend went out, but the thing is when you first leave your house and you hang out with ur friends a craving will come back
