Hey all.
Just got back from Platinum after having one of the best nights of my life.. After the club closed, I was handed a flyer outside that I found interesting - the club next door (called The Volt) is hosting a new rave/dance type party on Friday nights (in competition with Buzz @ Nation, of course). The party is gonna be called Pulse, and from the looks of it, it might be a great place to go to on Friday nights.
Platinum is good on Thursdays, but Fridays are pretty much an open day out here.. Glow sucks, you gotta be 19+ for Buzz (too bad for us 18 year olds), plus as some of you have said, Buzz has gotten a little crappy lately.
The guest lineup for Pulse is as follows:
May 11 Suneel (Stellar/Electrolife US)
May 18 Parks & Wilson (Red Parrot/Tilt UK, Balance US)
May 25 Vincent Wonder (Cue Rec./Reflective Multimedia/Balance US)
The resident weekly DJ is Odessa (Intelligentsia/Stellar/Pulse DC)..
What I'm wondering is, has anyone ever heard of them? A quote from the club website about next Friday's event:

It sounds interesting. I really need a good club to go to on Fridays, and this could be it. Has anyone here been there? Pulse launched on Friday last week, if you caught it, post about your experience.. or if you know anything about the DJ lineup, let us know too.
