and just continue on.. slow and laborious sure, but i know of no other way (thats nonstandard cue format afaik, you could make a script to convert it though if you were 'real' smart.. but for just 1 file its easier to jsut do it by hand)
*edit* err.. i see well.. i dont know how to use those cue files, probably easiest just to convert it.. sorry if im not helpful
