cdr cue 1.3 problem

Ive been using cdr cue for years but, recently i have run across a weird problem. i was making a cue for a paul van dyk set and i noticed that when i designate lets say 29:28:51 for start of track 6, that the very same starting point replays again 29:28:71. so if i designate tracks at these points 29:28:51 as track 6 and track 29:28:71 as track 7, it plays the EXACT same thing. even though it should be different. im having this problem through out the set. i can't figure out what the problem is. its as if the time read out on the cdr cue proggie has gone bad. ive tried reinstalling cdr cue and the problem persists. Could this be a soundcard issue or a cdr cue glitch? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
