Does anyone know of any good trance/ and or techno songs that are kind of like... Well, epic? They sound almost like you're on some sort of adventure... Upbeat and kinda like you're on a journey...

Get into PvD (Paul van Dyk). He is very vesatile. All over. Dave Seaman is also very good for trance/prog mix, or Sasha for a prog set. For epic/uplifting, Armin, (older Tiesto), John "00" Flemming, Ferry Corsten etc.
