A pretty good tracklist but a shame that it will be mixed by DJ Pro Tools

With a live or proper dj mix the transitions will be more natural and longer and each track will be longer rather than quick edits.

Someone software mixing is ok but sometimes it can sound a bit fake IMO.I think that the tracklist is the most important thing for a comp but i prefer dj mixed ones.

with the exception of a few albums, no compilation can capture the energy of a DJ mixing a liveset. so who gives a shite if it's DJ Pro Tools or DJ Keoki doing the compilation, it's the tracklisting that counts for anythign Cream, MoS, GC put out

By DJ Pro Tools i meant that it will be sequenced by a sound engineer using Pro Tools as opposed to mixed by someone called DJ Pro Tools

hehehe imagine calling yourself DJ Pro Tools
.. what a hilarious stage name, but yeah live dj mix is better in one way I think. When you hear the crowd going mad (recorded live), thatīs what makes the difference, otherwise, doesnīt matter IMO.

I've just got hold of 2003 and I have to say i was disappointed. "James Holden - Nothing" is probably 1 of the best tracks but the cd's so full of cheese. And whoever said it doesnt matter about a DJ- or software-mixed cd is a few roses short of a flower bed. I could tell something was up when I first heard it - I much prefer DJ-mixed cd's. The previous 2 rock tho!!!
