Woah, loooong weekend, house party fri -> straight to setup for United Nation in commonwealth park without sleep / shower / anything in between, home to sleep eventually after putting up fences all day, then the huge event on sunday 11am to 11pm then after party at two places then recovery at the DJs' hotel (many stories to tell ), then back to the event to pack up fences / whatever, and tonnes of stressing about DJs getting to the airport etc. eventually sleep sometime the monday night about 11pm. So sorry for not posting a reply sooner. Check out www.bitfed.com/pics/2003/03/16/united_nation/ for my signed flyers
anyway, I wanted to touch up the photos a bit not with cropping stuff out and such, but mainly adjusting levels so that you can see the thing I was interested in, like the pic of Sander and the lasers coming out of his shoulders, that you can't see a thing in until you up the contrast. Basically the same thing a film developer would do in a shop to your non digital photos.
Ash, yeah I was that guy, I was having sooo much trouble focussing my eye through the optical viewfinder, and I had a setting wrong on the camera that made the pic just look all black and I was trying to find the right setting to change back. Wasn't my camera so I didn't know it well enough to fix it so it was trial and error.
