Okay you want...

(L337 MS Paint Diagram)
So you exclusively have Deck 1 to yourself and he has Deck 3. Deck 3 will be when x-fader on Mixer 2 is extreme to the right and Deck 1 will be when the x-fader is extreme to the left on Mixer 2.
Then Deck 2 will be shared that you both can mix in and out of depending on whose turn it is (extreme to right on x-fader of mixer1 and extreme to left on x-fader of mixer2).
Only problem is that of course you can't plug 2 mixers into only the one output from Deck 2. I believe however that at Radioshack, you can pick up a box that allows 1 lead to come from each of your mixers and then there is 1 output from the box going into the vinyl out so both mixers can hear the outputs of Deck2.
I'm going for a lie down
//Edit:
Actually, unless somebody can figure out a way of plugging that setup so only one output is heard from the Amp at a time it's pretty useless. I think a switchbox would do the trick, nobody would notice the difference if the x-fader is playing the correct record when it's switched. It's been a long day at the office
