Bison is delicious and way better for you than beef. They also cross breed cows and buffalo to get beefalo, but I've never had that.

Getting married in China was the most hilarious thing that I have ever done. After 2 days of running to various cities for paperwork, we made it to Changsha today to get it over with. 4 high speed trains and 40 Celsius later, I was ready to get it done.
We walk into the dingiest government office ever. It smells like piss and has no air conditioning. No one speaks English. I have to recite an oath in Chinese, when my Chinese is horrible. For all I know, I just promised them a kidney. We go get a "marriage passport", and they photoshop it to make me look more Chinese. The witness in the room even spat on the floor. So romantic. I'm officially Chinese now.
Can't wait to do it Canadawop style. The only spitting will be in assholes.
The only good thing about this shithole city is that a 5 star hotel honeymoon suite is only 150 cdn$ a night. 30 dollar steak on the way. It better not meow at me.
