Things I'll never understand: Every couple of years, a student that had a poor performance throughout the semester will freak out when they find out they flunked. Some are downright hostile when they hear the news.

Yeah, and they get pretty damn angry when they find out they aren't.

One kid even stole the battery charger of my laptop after he failed the previous semester (with another professor), showed up in my class blaming the previous professor, and even though I told him he should not attend my classes, he also failed my semester (who could've seen this coming?!).
