I know it's sad but use this as an opportunity to deal with the things you originally planned on doing before having kids. Are you engaged? If you are do her a favour and get married first. It's hard planning a wedding and feeling good about the way you look while pregnant.. And even harder after baby arrives. Try again when the timing is right. In the meantime expect her to be really weepy and depressed for a few days. I lost a pregnancy too.
