I wonder if parents are just as disappointed when they find out their daughter is a lesbian as they are when they find out their son is gay.

Only for the mothers...
*edit*
Also if that was a slight at citric, I find a girl who can do any sort of CAD/machining related stuff highly attractive in a girl.

On another note, I can safely say this and have it not be gay now that I live in Seattle...
I have a sore throat tonight and I am stuffing it with Dicks.

The problems of marrying someone with ADHD:
Wife: "Coming to bed?"
Me: "Yeah, just going to get some water first"
That was an hour ago, and I completely forgot I was even going to bed. I just remembered it now... oh well, better late than never

Happens to me all the time at work. So much to do at any given moment and constantly multitasking....I'm often saying to myself "Now what else was I doing??"
Sounds weird, but I actually have to physically take a few steps back, or spin myself around a couple times to jog my memory. I suppose because so much of how I do things is kinesthetic in nature. (edit: I realize that sounds redundant )
Anyway, many times I don't remember at all until an hour or two later (usually when I'm on my break). If I don't do what I'm thinking right away it gets lost in the shuffle.

I wouldn't wish a sore throat on my worst enemies... I hate having them.
The worst is when it starts to get irritated breathing so you feel like you have to swallow, and then you end up swallowing lots of air. Happens automatically when I sleep cause my nose is too stuffed up to breath through it.
Haha, I can't watch Countdown and not think of the IT Crowd (assuming you recognise the quote on my sig).

That makes a lot of sense actually (the taking a few steps back thing), as I once read it's related to motor memory and the like
Come to think of it, I should give it a try. I sometimes just repeat out loud what I'm supposed to do... but if I forget I'm supposed to remember something, that's as useless as it sounds
