School was really more of a distraction from what was really stressful. I definitely coasted through this first year; made A's on most of my tests and all of the major projects. It didn't require much studying beyond taking notes in class but school is done until next fall when it should get quite a bit more interesting.
The stuff that's stressful has been going on for years. It's one of the motivating factors for returning to school. But tonight, just got some news that doesn't bode well for any long-term, let alone near-term, reduction in that stress.
Michigan is a beautiful state, but I am really resenting the fuck out of my experience here.
