To those of you from Toronto, is a decent 1 bedroom apartment only around the $1100/month mark? Man that's cheap!
What's the realistic price for a decent one close to the centre, in a decent neighbourhood and what's the availability of apartments like?
EDIT - Ok according to this it's over $1300, so in line with Sydney. That seems a lot more realistic.

Yea, around June/July next year. Thinking of taking a break and spending 6 months at Whistler, then see if I can pick up a 12-18 month contract in Toronto after that. It will give me a bit of international experience and a bit of a change too
