so my friend I guess in an attempt to apologize bought me Toronto Maple leaf tickets for my bday, most likely from his pops as they were Platinum seats. I naturally declined them.

I don't know if I should be pissed or what about this. All I expect is a "sorry dude I fucked up" but I don't think that will be coming.

I would be pissed too. Why is it so hard for people to just acknowledge their shit? They would rather spend more time/effort/money on doing anything other than owning up to their behaviour. Lots of people suck that way, unfortunately.

On the flip side though, we can only control our own actions - it's silly to expect anything of anybody else, because everyone has their own way of doing things.
