Yeah you're right.
It would be a dumbass move on my part to not show up to the appointment. This guy is one of the top Neurologists in the city and getting an appointment often takes months.
Also, the symptoms are getting annoying. I've broken a number of bones since last year due to loss of balance and falling down, so I hope that with this new information he might have some new theories.
