I hate kids birthday parties... Rowan gets invited to alot of them and some aren't bad but then there's the ones that are super dodgy. Today was one of those. It was full of annoying kids and the lingering smell of vomit and corn chips. Even Rowan was grossed out. Glad we're home. Countdown begins to see what viruses we picked up.

Oh god, corn chips. bleeeerghhh.

Your birthday parties look way healthier than ours! There's a myth around here that our birthday parties are somehow different, but I don't see that much of a difference. I assume you wanted to offer something healthy for the kids so you wouldn't have to deal with a dozen hyperactive sugar-rushed brats, but do you guys have sugary snacks like this in Canada?







This is typical birthday food around here, and I wonder if they're really local.
