This was a pretty good Monday. I think I gained a new mentor about Production on facebook there is a group on trance production and I shared my (Yeah I know its not 90's)(but old school armin, yes)Sasha - Cloud Cuckoo mix on there, he taught me some new stuff idk why thats place is more active than production thread but who cares s I have more love for TA's thread than facebook. Also the symphony shipped out today., sucks I ;just be tracking my synths but oh well.

Plus this mentor gave me a back door into other artists, like a tree. This is also my ticket under standing chord theory but I haven;t asked ti didn't spring to mind at the time

Also being permabanned or banned in general sucks, nobody wants that, you can tell how fast everyone is willing to be quiet and stick to the code so they dont loose their privilege to post. its been 4-5 years for me and I'm just expressing my self so glad to be back and now it feels like a crime.

& about the Boomer thread, I think he has so much character I just wanted him back cuz his posts always make me giggle,that def was not an offense.

Lira there was a Brazlian food cart near my work today. What is “Beef Na Chapa”? I also noticed everything thing on the menu had meat in it except for the beverages. Why are Brazilians so blood thirsty?

Bife na chapa means "beef on the (hot) plate flat top grill". It's a way of grilling meat without the gaps you have in a grill... And what made you think there isn't meat in the beverages?

Jokes aside, it's like the whole country was run by cowboys of different flavours. Think of us as an assembly of Texans and Aussies - that's the place where I had to become a vegetarian

True story, when I was maybe six or seven, I was in some remote part of the country in minas with my family and we were posted in some obscure little town square in the middle of the day and this guy comes out of the butcher shop and guts two huge pigs and dehairs them with a blowtorch in the middle of the street. Was pretty sick, probably did something to me.

I don't know how you do it, well in this case, don't. Honestly,I like meat but only as a small part of the meal. If I tried to become a vegetarian it would only make me want meat more. I really have come to enjoy vegetables more then I use to. I haven't had the same experience Kenny had but I do appreciate the impact to the environment, health, and to the lives of animals.

I have a really good recipe for beet salad if you'd like. I've been on a a bit of a beet kick lately.

Yeah, I just didn't know how that grill was called (is it really just grill?). Also, the meat is cut in one piece, rather than the patty grilled at Maccas.

As fate would have it, we went to a Brazilian rodizio on Sunday for our anniversary. I ate so many cuts of beautiful meat that I genuinely thought I might vomit into the river on the walk home.

I'm a big fan of Central and South American food in general. Brazilian, Mexican, Colombian, Peruvian, Argentinian... all amazing.

I picked it up from chef Rory O'Connor

I've simplified his to this:

1. Wash and peel skin off beets (one is good enough for one or two people)

2. Shred the beets. (use a hand grader)

3. Squeeze a fresh lemon in a bowl and add olive oil (50/50)

4. mix together with beets

It nice quick tasty dish with no cooking or pans to clean. Hopefully you have access to fresh beets.
