Gotta love clients who complain because they couldn't adhere to a clearly stated 24-hour cancellation policy. Don't get pissy with me because you slept through your appointment and called me 2 hours after your session with a handful of excuses. How would you react if your boss said, "O.k., I didn't have time to get to this project, so I need you to work an extra hour today...but I'm not going to pay you. You should just do it to be nice."
