As I'm starting working out again, I've pretty much just splurged on supplements and got one more footy jersey for the collection. Might also buy a few more things this weekend, but I'm still just "window shopping" online, heh.
And you? I assumed the Americans among us also celebrated thanksgiving?

I somehow completely forgot it was black Friday when I did some online shopping for new pajamas for my child. Scored sick savings on Gap jammies, which are usually pricey. Wewt!

Didn't buy anything on BF sales. I can't remember if I ever have, and quite many of the "bargains" are scams here anyway.
Last week I woke up to a phone call telling me our company has been acquired, and this Friday I was told... That from now on we have to have our webcams on during online meetings. I will probably resign quite soon. Two of us already have, but not because of the webcam thing.
It's a damn shame. A cozy, small company, where everyone knows each other, no more. Our new office space will be an open office in the tallest, most clichéd building in town, and many of my new co-workers will be aged 20-25. Nothing wrong with this age group in general, but any typical programmer tends to be quite insufferable during that period.

Bought another Razer Deathadder V2 mouse - BEST mouse ever! Even if you're not a gamer, the accuracy, comfort and design is top notch.
Went to see Jody Wisternoff on Friday and he sucked balls - no flow and playing a random jukebox of tunes. Night was good overall cuz of peeps I hadn't seen in a while but otherwise I was better off at home

Yo, I have a Death Adder! (my husband's old one but still).
Heard all the bad things about Wisternoff, glad I bailed (missed seeing you and everyone else though!) .

I left early after hearing Kosheen - Hide U (John Creamer & Stephane K remix). At least I can listen to it at home.

Didn't buy anything, well not on Friday.
Bought a toy drone for my son despite a reviewer said his flew away and probably is still flying around somewhere

Matt tries micro fiction, with tantalising results.
We had shitloads of snow here this weekend. It's been ridiculously cold by meek British standards. I'm glad I don't have to heat a massive draughty Victorian house anymore.
Wifey knocked my phone down last week and screen went black within hours. I'd had it for three years. The irony is she's helped me find it a handful of times after messy nights. And when I mean find it, we went through some shit to get it back, thanks to her efforts and the kindness of others. Anyway, I bought a refurbished newer phone for a good deal. Think I'll only buy a refurb from now on. No sense paying a monthly contract when you can take this route and pay a cheap pay-as-you-go rate that includes loads of data. Never really use my phone to talk. Plus it's better for the environment.
