Just finished watching Squid Game. It's the telly version of happy hardcore. And I like happy hardcore. Except, instead of Dutch bald producers wearing Air Maxes and tracksuits, you have South Korean models wearing slip-on Vans and tracksuits... Which is an upgrade, I think.

i watched the first episode on wednesday or thursday and was ready to dismiss the show completely. was super hungover saturday so i watched the majority of it, finished it sunday before heading to my mom's for canadian thanksgiving. by the end i did enjoy it - good not great. not too big on zombie shows but i preferred kingdom

Never watched Kingdom, will add it to my "to watch" list then.
I've been binge-watching K-Dramas that take place in contemporary Korea to get used to the language, but I guess some mediaeval zombie killing would be a nice change
