I know i know, i've always tried to take good care of my teeth since even the thought of someone drilling into my tooth or god forbid, pulling a tooth out brought me close to fainting, but i know ill need to get this fixed asap before it turns bad.

The only part I hate is the smell of burnt/hot tooth enamel when they are drilling anything.

Ugh...

Everything else I am fine with... I just sit back and let it happen (also never have used gas either... like I said, a bit of masochist).

Couldnt you have lied to me and said it smells of flowers and rainbows? Thinking of burned tooth isnt going to make tomorrows phonecall to schedule an appointment any easier

Don't worry, its not as bad as burnt hair. That is the worst fucking smell ever.

ALso, since i saw the news that Mirrors Edge 2 is comming out i actually completely forgot that my tooth hurts. That, new Killer instinct announced earlier, and if Ubi announces a new Beyond good and Evil in the next 15 or so minutes before i go to bed, the happiness from that may just offset the terror from the dentist.

Exactly! Besides, the only time I had a tooth pulled (my wisdom teeth), the anaesthetist sang lullabies while he stuck the needle inside my mouth (that's how it works here... the needle, I mean, not the songs, though it all makes sense in context).
