Well, the only reason I say that it fades is with the first tattoo I got was on my arm and I am not the type of guy that walks in the sun without a shirt and it is never exposed and then I didn't get another tattoo for 10 years but on the same arm making a mixed match type of halve sleeve and you can see the fadedness of the first one since they are right next to each other.
It's just the years, it doesn't look bad but it looks dull compared to.
