Got an offer to work with Dolby eMedia as Software Engineer focused on Virtual Reality. Wow, what could possibly be brewing at Dolby these days.
Time to read up on OpenAL.

Encoding? You'll be in the Mission. You'll be able to walk to your nearest gloryhole. They don't close on Fridays.

I love how in California the Lackeys have fabricated laws that protect homeowners from debt collectors. The big eye glasses and curly hair debutantes have fostered a panhandling california republic. You cant kick out debt sunken residents, banking on the top of a slope waiting for its trough, for a home they dont even own.
Water restrictions for what? Drip the Coast FFS. 10,000 fines for those not cutting 20% water is absurd. I personally think Brown Jr is a brilliant politician. Its a game of Poker in the world of California politics.
The price to pay to live In Paradise.
Believe me, there is no State like California.
BUSH was wrong, Homeownership is not a right! You are not entitled to have more than what you've earned. You are not entitled to a home, you are not entitled to a credit card. You know back during WW2 there was food scarcity, these days we throw away tons of it. We all want the latest gadget, and we throw away most of it.

Watch out or all the poor people lingering around might pay a visit to your little corner of Paradise and eat you.

Have they identified a Conservative gene or is it simply a weak mind that seeks out a philosophy to give it comfort. In this case the doctrine of scarcity. That the world's resources and opportunity are finite and limited. Someone else receiving help is seen as your loss. There is no room in the world for help or compassion.

In other news, Texas.
quote:
Some on the far right believe the military operation is a front for introducing martial law in Texas. Blogger Dave Hodges wrote extensively on what he believes is the link between the military operation, the closure of several Wal-Marts in the area, and the imminent federal take over of the state.
Much of the speculation comes from the map below, that has been circulating online since at least mid-March, around the time the operation was first announced. It shows several southern states involved in the operation, including Texas, labeled with "hostile," apparently for training purposes.
What could possibly make these cheap-housing big-business friendly low taxation COUNTRIES hostile? Here's an answer for you: GMOS.
If those COUNTRIES would simply taxate progressively and regulate the food quality, a whole bunch of people would start losing weight and start acting rationally. Don't you think? I do, i think the southern states need to update their politics.

UK related now,
I've done some meditating, some random sittings in front of the telly watching the BBC which is the only source of British media in America. Sky Network on the Apple TV is awesome, but I don't have an Apple TV. I have a PS Vita though, I wonder if I could use that.
Anyways, there was a show about a statistician from NY who had predicted Obama's re-election (the arrival of the antichrist himself, what a feat). Once in the UK he found it really hard to decipher who the Brits would vote for.
Those interviewed seemed, in my opinion, pretty 'distrustful' and to be honest with you, they came across as a bunch of nonchalant liars.
You know, from my experience with Britons. Most good, but others not so good. I've come to realize that, yeah, the Brits are not really trustworthy. Either they like to play games with people because they are inherently distrustful of each other, or i have no idea what...but something ya know.
I dunno, but
