There's an announcement at about 2:13:32 that it's Anthony Pappa playing ("live from Monterrey, Mexico"), but I'm pretty sure his part starts at 17. [117:11] Odessi – Beautiful Malika (King Of Spin Dub), where you can tell a different set begins.

So perhaps it's another part of his Monterrey set from the preceding month (-> Anthony Pappa Live @ Skizzo, Monterrey (Sat-14-Sep-02)).
