I have no doubt that his actions were premeditated. I'm sure he planned it for months. He even threatened after posting videos of himself killing kittens that "the next time, it won't be animals".

The guy is a monster. I hope he gets the most brutal punishment for what he's done. I was watching an interview with Jun Lin's parents the other day, absolutely heart-wrenching.
