It's not particularly complicated. Lira explained it quite well, unless you skipped that part? We, as mods, have rules and guidelines that we follow, that are open to interpretation. This is because you can't exactly map out every possible 'event' that will go down on a forum. Every moderator will moderate differently, and this is always how it's worked here.

Paracetemol is really bad for you if you take it a lot, or take too much of it too, while Ibuprofen is pretty chill, even if you take it often, or too much.
