My health, dental, and vision are all separate plans.

Aetna for health, VSP for vision, and Delta for dental. I get next to nothing taken out of my paycheck for dental or vision, and 100% of preventative dentistry is covered, so I don't even have to pay a copay. With health I only get about $50 taken out every pay period, which is almost nothing since a $150 doctors visit costs me $20 out of pocket.
