Also make sure your toothache isn't related to sinus pressure. You can get phantom tooth aches from sinus problems sometimes if you have allergies. I have thought that I have had a toothache before and it turned out to just be because I had a cold or my allergies were really bad. You can usually tell if its that when the pain is not easily located in a single tooth and moves around the mouth.

Oh yeah, i get those sinus toothaches (and sinus headaches and sinus eye aches...) all the time, this one is different. Its not actually pain, just this uncomfortable feeling in the back where i know i actually broke off a part of my tooth but haven't had it looked at yet I know ill have to do it eventually, i just hoped that it could wait until i ws like, 90 or something and already so high on drugs because old age that i wouldn't feel anything anyway.

I know the feel. Except for the toothache. Don't think I've ever felt it in my life, reason I'm so scared of setting foot in a dentist's office.
I don't want to feel it for the first time |
First time for me as well, though considering that people have told me that tooth ache is one of the worst pains a human can feel this doesnt really qualify as a proper tootchache. More like a mild annoyance, like if someone is ever so gently pressing their pinky against my tooth. Buts its bound to get much worse eventually
