And yeah 39, but imagine, my hairdresser is cutting hair for about 1.5 times my age! His job keeps him in shape looking younger than his actual age.

I've just taken the longest nap in my office and now I don't have time to have lunch. It's a bit hard to set my body clock to a completely different schedule, and waking up "early" is killing me

Ah man, I hate napping in the day. Makes me feel worse!

I have gotten to the end of some shifts and struggled to keep my eyes open/found myself nodding off. Only when it's NOT busy. Just catches up to me so quickly some days.

Exactly! And I often get headaches when I take a nap during the day (I don't see what the cause could be). I need to go back into class in 90 minutes, and I didn't get anything I wanted done. But I was so groggy I don't think I could be able to teach even in Portuguese had I not taken this break

You really have to keep it to 15-20 minutes...*maybe* 30 minutes for a nap to actually be re-energizing.

I enjoy naps when I'm at home being totally lazy on the couch all day - when I can afford to doze in and out of sleep for a few hours.
