Honestly, I would just find something else to do. Like housework, or pack for my trip (which can easily wait til tomorrow), or do some fall gardening (it's very warm out today!), etc. etc.

Lots of people take for it non-medical uses (mostly performance anxiety). Still wouldn't use it without a doctor's okay, though, and I don't see the small "chilled out" effect you would get from it being any more fun than a few beers or smoking a bowl.
Yeah, I'm not overly worried as I've taken a small dose. As I said before though, I'm not taking it for fun. Unfortunately I can't really smoke bowls these days, either.

Well for what it is worth metoprolol (a drug in the same class) had the nice side effect of getting rid of my panic attacks.

Nice. A panic attack in the past is what seems to have triggered all this bullshit. Anyway, I've been told my anxiety is "secondary," so go figure. I don't even think I have many symptoms of actual physical anxiety.

My former business partner has been doing a little work with me as I see if I want to work with him full time again... It is interesting. He likes to over complicate things. I tried to explain to him I just need this really simple thing, and he comes back with this massive huge thing instead. I mean he did it quickly, but I was like "uh this is totally over kill AND it doesn't work with what I have..."
I probably suck at explaining things too.

I took that for a while a few years back, when I had some anxiety issues. Did a lot of good. I kind of wanted to try it again, now that I'm anxiety-free, after hearing about how it can enhance people's concentration
