In May, but it's just the neuro component, and the module is 7 weeks long. I've already finished all the other modules (renal, respiratory, cardiac, GI, fluid + electorlytes/acid-base balance), and then in the fall I have to do a clinical portion in the ICU. Then after that I'll have to write a board exam and that'll be that.
I started the modules in 2012, just been slowly finishing them over the past few years while I was paying my student loan off. Realistically I could have finished the entire course in a little under 2 years if I took all the courses back to back, but having just finished my undergrad within the last 5 years, I get out of the academic mood pretty quickly.
I just can't stagnate, and I already work in a critical care area so I know the next logical step for me is the ICU, so I wanted to be prepared for that.
Plus knowing stuff is cool, lol.
