Again, maybe that has to do with the reasons they are in the the US or specifically LA. Fuck knows, but the phenomenon is there.

My father does a lot of business with the British and he's of the same impression. Uptight people who think rules don't apply to them.

It's almost as if they think they still hold hegemonial rights for "accomplishments" 200 years ago.

They don't stop talking about it.
