I believe it's a lot more common than we imagine, and I'm quite sure many more people around here would do that as well. The reason, I believe, why we think this is rare is simply because bad behaviour tends to be more shocking and thus gets more attention.

I get carried away too easily. I found out there's a (legal!) copy of Sony Vegas installed in this computer, and I started preparing everything for that linguistics podcast/videocast I wanted to make.

Problem is, I tend to overproduce everything: The opening song is not even 30 seconds long, and it's already got distorted guitars, gated sirens, and even amen breaks!
