Not e-dating.
Lies, Canada and Colorado are far apart, and the trail is dangerous. You died from typhoid crossing the river after there was no ferry and you had to ford it!
At least you start in Independence, Missouri now, so you aren't backtracking.

The Oregon Trail being a wholly American experience that would make sense.
You could have played the far less popular and equally deadly "Amazon Upriver Adventure!"

Little trivia: Our history is very different from yours in this sense, as we can't really relate to anything like this (there's been little reason to populate the Amazon - or Brazilian the midwest - since 1500). The closest thing we had to an "Oregan Trail" was the Bandeirantes which looked for precious minerals and slaves, and big cities like Brasilia only came about in the last century.

The thing is that I need to move all of my shit out of my rental house and then bring it to my mother's house and then pack up the stuff there for the move to England. All in the next three days.
