Est-ce qu'il y a des TA qui ont prévu d'aller à cet event ? (ce line-up )

Hello, un mot pour vous dire que l'event FSOE au Forum Karlin à Prague a été annulé à la suite du décès du directeur de la boîte qui devait organiser l'event. Vu que j'ai déjà acheté mon billet d'avion + hôtel + billet d'entrée j'ai bien eu les boules. Heureusement Aly & Fila ont fini par trouver une solution alternative : l'event avec un line-up remanié aura lieu dans un autre endroit.

The reason why we have not Officially announced anything since BTL earlier came out with their announcement is because everyone from the FSOE 400 Team and with the much appreciated help of Mecca and United Music CZ, we have tried for days every possible option to keep this event alive. The trance world was in a state of shock. Before Zdenek death we did not receive a deposit from BTL Agency for the FSOE 400 show in Prague - that we have done years of shows with them, so we trusted them as always to deliver financially After Zdenek death BTL Agency told us they would be continuing to host the Event. Over the last couple of weeks the new Head of Financial Matters for BTL Agency - Tomas Kende has made it clear that the original budgets and payments plan , BTL was not be able to fulfill Last week BTL agency officially declared they are no longer in a position to host this event - then they released statement without our consent Twenty 4 Seven Management / FSOE 400 Team along with United Music and Mecca Club tried all efforts to carry out the Event to still happen on 28th August at Club Mecca . With a massive reduction in the budgets - which will include Tickets sold so far to be transferred over to the new event - All DJs involved were superb in helping us with the new budgets, the Event looked like it was saved and would happen with a bang, everything was ready to set, until we received information from the ticket seller Ticketstream.cz , that there was a problem that was not be able to be sorted in order to have the event proceeding. Yesterday we were informed that the money for the Tickets sold by Ticketstream was already used by BTL Agency as an advance for other projects at that time and today this has been confirmed by the new person in charge of financial matters for BTL Agency - Tomas Kende Tomas Kende went on to Quote to us by email When I got in charge of company this summer there were almost no funds. If people will want to be refunded I will try to get the money but as of this moment there are no funds available. Thank you for understanding. Tomas we are appalled and shocked at such behaviour which in turn results in the Trance Family and fans who have booked tickets for this event unable to now have an event because of this miss management by BTL Agency , we are deeply upset, and dissapointed that despite everything we tried to have the event proceeding and the relentless help from all our friends and partner, who did an amazing job in a short time, we can’t move forward. We are really sorry for everyone who was planning to attend the event, for the DJs and friends who were attending . This situation has been arisen beyond our powers to correct things , Aly & Fila or the FSOE 400 Team that has been working months on these yearly very successful events , are truly depressed , as despite all their positive efforts , we have been overruled by outside forces , nothing is to blame them as they went to the edge to make it work....... Une line-up qui reste ma foi bien sympa

Arf c'est bien con cette histoire mais l'orga n'es pas exempt de tout reproche dans cette histoire !

Oui c'est une bonne question de savoir à quel niveau FSOE est responsable (question que je ne me suis pas posée d'ailleurs).

BTL à qui FSOE avait confié l'organisation de la soirée semble pourtant être une boîte capable d'organiser des grands events comme Transmission. Si j'ai bien compris avec la mort du directeur, ça a été un gros bordel pour les accès aux comptes bancaires pour les employés restants et pour la gestion générale de la boîte. Une multinationale peut parer à ces genres d'imprévu mais pour une petite structure c'est certainement plus compliqué au vu des délais impartis.

Avec le ticket que j'avais acheté (qui devrait m'être remboursé), ça me donne accès VIP gratuit dans la boîte où l'event est finalement organisé, donc c'est cool.
