Just had my appendix out, and woke up too early from the anesthesia. Feeling like I was suffocating as they pulled out the tube that inflates your abdomen. Fun stuff.

And since they had just taken me off the respirator, they couldn't give me any IV dilaudid because of the risk of suppressing my breathing too much. I was literally begging for pain medication with like 3 or 4 doctors around me trying to calm me down.
